Recent versions of Linphone Android do indeed support picking up calls via
Bluetooth devices - and audio using the Bluetooth device should work as well,
of course. You should make a test call when connected to your call via
Bluetooth, and check whether the Bluetooth icon appears next to the loudspeaker
symbol in the Linphone call screen. If not, click on the loudspeaker icon - you
should see an option allowing to select Bluetooth as device.
