ok so there are two different issues there :

1) Linphone cannot register to 3CX

When you installed Linphone, did you select "use a sip account" in the assistant (not a linphone account) ?

2) Linphone cannot download the openh264 plugin

For both issues, I would need you to send me logs of Linphone.

To do this, please go on advanced settings, make sure that logs are enabled (if they are not, please enable them, then restart the app).

Then please reproduce the issues, and click on "send logs" (on advanced settings view).

You could then gave them to me in a separate private email.

This is not the first time that we read issues with openh264 download on windows, but I could never find the issue yet.

At the moment I can only say you that I downloaded client for Windows 10 yesterday hence I think that client is the last version.

Transport is UDP.

I have to use client software for Windows PC to answer a call established by an IP video SIP door system.

Calls go through 3CX version 18.

What I cannot understand Is the reason why when I try to enable H264 on client, software inform me that H264 plug in cannot install on PC.

So it does not depend on the calling and on the system. It Is related to software client.

I hope you can help me.

I can give you hints for configuration, if I figure out quickly the cause of the issue, but for this I would need some information :

-the version of Linphone (app and core) and platform used (Android/iOS/Linux/Windows/Mac)...

- the transport used (UDP/TCP/TLS)

- client logs

- eventually server logs

- some context about your use case
