Debian maintainer here. Three questions:

1. What version of Parrot OS are you actually running? You say 4.11,
but the log says 5.0 (LTS)

2. Have you tried running it without Firejail? Does it work then?

3. Are you sure the file does not show up in the temporary directory
   allocated by Firejail for Linphone?

The Firejail profile for Linphone is maintained by the upstream
developers of Firejail and I doubt they have the resources to perform
rigorous testing of it. You could ask them to take a look at it, but
even if they patch it right away, it will take the fix a long time to
trickle through. Your best bet is to try to fix the profile yourself
and submit it as a patch to the Firejail devs.

However, jailing applications of non-trivial size and scope like
Linphone is notoriously difficult, and the application to a certain
degree has to cooperate with the jail to function usefully as
otherwise the jail has to be made too loose to bring an increase in
security.

I can maybe take a look once I get around to making an AppArmor
profile, but that's unlikely to happen in the near future.

Regards.
