Hi Eric,

Are the fail over rules likely to affect one client but not another?  I ask
because when I use a different VoIP app than Linphone calls work flawlessly,
good sound in both directions and ingoing and outgoing calls working no
problem.  Given that info, is it likely that fail over rules are causing
problems only for Linphone?

I looked through my provider portal.  I couldn't find anything about
configuring, or even just listing any fail over rules.  I did find the CDR,
though.  I don't really know how to interpret them "to see exactly how the
calls are being handled", however.  Perhaps the CDR info I have available to
me is not detailed enough to intrepret handling...
