It does.

Check the fail over rules and make sure nothing is conflicting. If you have access to a Call Detail Record, check it to see exactly how calls are being handled.

Disturb is set to off. Under "Apps and notifications"-> Special app
access-> Do Not Disturb access, Linphone is marked as "Allowed".

Does that sound right?
