my physical end point is my fritzbox and my soft endpoint is linphone.

so, any incoming call should be got by linphone and this tool should be able to compare the phone number with contacts on outlook or something else. But how to configure it.

You would need to enter it on the provider end. When I get incoming calls on the provider end, they show but when I dial out with those same numbers they do not.
