Hi,

Try to find the dll file at your disks and copy it to the right windows system directory. Or aside linphone.exe.

Else download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ redistrubutable for your system (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads).
