Hi,
I've attempted to recover a password that was entered in wrongly to many times.
I've attempted password recover at www.linphone.org/freesip/recover .
However, when I enter the mobile phone number that the account was registered under, the above recover web page comes back with "Phone number not found".
I'm definitely certain the number is registered with linphone.
When i try to re-register my preferred username that I had the phone number associated with, it comes back with account already exists, which is what I expected.
Has the account been locked due to too many unsuccessful password retries?
Do I just need to wait for a period of time for the account to be unlocked, and if so, then how long do I need to wait?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
