Hi.
There is an error in the Linphone for Windows (Desktop 4.1.1 Qt5.9.0
Core 3.12.0).
When a Linphone sends an error message while establishing a ICE/STUN
connection, this message is not padded to 4 bytes (see attached file). Because
of this,
the entire packet is incorrect.
Everything seems to be correct in the source file
