[Linphone-users] iOS client prefixes all calls with 0011

Hi,

I'm having a problem with Linphone rewriting phone numbers.

I have Linphone 4.0.2-2 on an iPhone 4s /iOS 9.3.5.

Dialling phone number e.g +61... sends the number 001161... off to the provider 
resulting in an unroutable call.  How can Linphone be changed to send 
international numbers to the provider?

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
