I have an SIP account with Localphone

I have been trying for a week to install & use Linphone.
I get nothing but "Unable to authenticate" when I input my SIP account details.
This has all been checked with Localphone Chat & then their email support.

I have tried several re-installations, rebooting everything, disabling Firewall & AV.
Nothing works.
I think Localphone have no more ideas.
How can I get Linphone to accept my SIP details please?
