[Linphone-users] Using Telify with Linphone 4.0

Hello,

I am trying using Telify (https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/addon/telify/) with Linphone 4.0 on Xubuntu 16.04 (I believe this is the latest version on Linux/flatpack ... even though there's a 4.1.1 on Windows and Mac Os).

It used to work fine with the previous version (and creating an extra application launcher as described here : http://computing.travellingfroggy.info/fr/article327/linphone).

With version 4.0, Linphone is started but the phone number is not passed along (even though the %u parameter is given in the application launcher): I suspect I am doing something wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

It would be nice, if, in the next versions, during the installation, Linphone would define the sip (and the tel) web protocol to call Linphone (so one wouldn't have to run the xdg-mime command).
