[Linphone-users] Connection Problem

I have not used Linphone for a while and am now wanting to use it again.
I have a local wifi connection; no provider, which used to work fine.
If I call from my Iphone 5 to my Windows 7 PC, it works fine.
But if I call from the PC to the Iphone, nothing happens.
Using the IP addresses in all cases.  ie sip:ipaddress

Any suggestions for what I am doing wrong, or how to fix this?
