[Linphone-users] ALSA audio configuration question |

Hi, in the past Linphone was able to detect all of my ALSA devices.
Currently using linphone version 3.10.2 Playback and capture are
limited to only "ALSA:default".
No other devices are visible in the multimedia settings pulldown
menu.
I am not running pulseaudio.
from the linphonec prompt:
linphonec> soundcard list
0: ALSA: default device
No other devices are found.
When I run aplay -l I see:
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 0: ALC887-VD Analog [ALC887-VD
Analog]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 3: ALC887-VD Digital [ALC887-VD
Digital]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 1: BT300 [Plantronics BT300], device 0: USB Audio [USB Audio]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 3: HDMI [HDA ATI HDMI], device 3: Generic Digital [Generic
Digital]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
I do not want to set my default device to the Plantronics headset.
I'd like linphone to be able to use the Plantronics headset instead
of the ALSA:default as I could in the past.
Is this possible, or have we lost that functionality?
Currently using Manjaro Linux-OpenRC.
thanks in advance for any help
