Hi,

Yes, I  see Cccc Dddd contact in Linphone.

Does this mean that you will not be able to fix this issue?

With kind regards,

Jurijs

Hi,

Thanks for these steps, it helps a lot!

I did what you do and encounter the same result but one thing I want to check: did you see that in Linphone, contact "Cccc Dddd" is still there? Eg. in Linphone merged contacts are shown as 2 separates contacts, at least in iOS9 (I think it was already the case earlier though).

If you can see that, then I guess there is no iOS 9 regression here - merged contact was just never supported and Apple is not helping a lot on that, since they are providing an old plain-C API to handle contacts.

Hi,

I think I know how to reproduce this issue.

1) You need to create user Aaaa Bbbb with home number 123456
2) You need to create user Cccc Dddd with home number  98765
3) Then you link contact Cccc Dddd inside Aaaa Bbbb.

After this when you will open contact Aaaa Bbbb in iPhone, you will see 2 home numbers - 123456 & 98765
In Linphone you will see only one home number - 123456

With kind regards,

Jurijs

I'm sorry but I cannot manage to reproduce it.

Could you try to find which contacts fail, and a way to reproduce it so that I can fix it?

Thanks!
