Hi Thiago,
Indeed Linphone Android currently doesn't support arm64 architecture.
However classic arm applications can still run on those devices.
For a time there was an issue with our application, but we fixed it since. You can try with the latest nightly build available here:

Linphone doesn't have support to arm64-v8a. Someone tried to make an 64 bit version of linphone-android?64 bit cpu in Android Phone will be common soon, it's will be more important than support x86 Android phones (could extend to support x86-64 phones too).Thanks!
