Hi François,
I deleted the User files, installed Linphone again and now started from
Start menu.
Works perfect now.

Hi Rudolf,
I have the impression by seeing your first screenshot that you ran Linphone
from C:\Program File (x86) directory. Linphone can not be launched by this
way. You must run Linphone from the start menu of Windows or by clicking on
the desktop shortcut.
Since we changed the way we make Windows installer (since 3.8.2), the
shortcut is not automatically created anymore. You may copy it from the
start menu.
