Try searching in
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Appdata\Roaming\Linphone
Replace with your real windows user name.
or
press the keys WINDOWS + R and in the run command line
enter the "%appdata%" and hit ENTER key, a new eplorer window will open,
find the Linphone directory and inside you should find your linphonerc
file..
