lsusb

alsamixer

the default sound card / audio out device may be the HDMI audio out .. you need to change it to USB Audio Device in .linphonerc file

also I notice some errors wrt speex library

it might not have been compiled properly !

Pls post your queries to the linphone users list so that everyone can help.

That's because linphone is not able to get the audio interface ...i ran into the same issue when bbb did not detect usb sound card

I have used TI pcm2912 based usb sound card. I'm not aware on how to interface the audio cape

You can also try cheap usb soundcard readily available locally - these are based on c media chips

Hello Chirag
I saw your posts online about BBB interface with Linphone.
i am trying to achieve something close too.
It would great if you could help me a bit .

I am trying to run Linphone on BeagleBone Black.

I am using its command line interface but I have two issues.

1.     1. When call is placed the command line interface stops working. I am not able to type any more commands but  the call gets placed fine.

2.     2.  I have a BBB audio cape (http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?x=25&y=12&lang=en&site=us&keywords=BB-BONE-DVID-02) please guide me how to interface this to linphone.

I am grateful for the help.

Thank you

warm regards
