[Linphone-users] How to connect without SIP account

I need to call between an iphone and a windows PC, using a Linksys wireless 
router to connect them.
There is no external SIP account or connection; the iphone connects to the 
Linksys wireless link, and the PC is plugged into a LAN port on the Linksys.  
This is purely a local LAN connection.   I have tried various things, but 
nothing works so far.  Please suggest settings for the PC and iphone Linphone 
software, and the Linksys router as needed.  Thanks!
