So what license is for iLBC?

Original site (http://www.ilbcfreeware.org/) says that iLBC is now part of WebRTC. On WebRTC site (www.webrtc.org) I found this:

http://www.webrtc.org/license-rights/license

Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ILBC) says this:

"open source royalty-free"

"License: 3-clause BSD"

I don't understand how it could happen. May be package polarssl was not in PPA on belle-sip build moment? Build log:

Get:74 http://ftpmaster.internal/ubuntu/ quantal/universe libpolarssl0 amd64 1.1.4-1 [133 kB]

Must be version 1.3.4

So it is. belle-sip and polarssl I backported from Jessy. With minimal changes.
