[Linphone-users] Building with MinGW-w64

I downloaded antlr-3.5.1-complete-no-st3.jar

Made a symbolic link to it but it doesn't get found.  Does name have to be 
antlr3.jar?

Or does the jar have to be unpacked --(it crates dirs  a.) org and  b.) META-INF

I am not familiar with Jave.  What do you recommend?
