[Linphone-users] Bug Report: Installer not registering LinPhone's capabilities with Windows

Windows 8 has changed the way that it deals with associating file types and URL protocols with applications.

LinPhone needs to register its capabilities so that users can select it as the default program for the SIP protocol in the ‘Default Programs’ control panel.
