Honestly, I even didn't know that Linphone has chat ability.
For text messaging we use more powerful XMPP.
Linphone is used only for videoconferencing.

AFAIK, it must be deleted and 3.5.2 reuploaded with increased ppa version.
After that, users which already updated to 3.6.1 must purge PPA and reinstall.

It's not necessary for me. I have 3.5.2 in localrepo.
I can not afford to enable autoupdate from PPAs on hundred machines
in our organization. Just for this reasons - that will be autoinstalled broken
version. So I make a copy of PPAs to localrepo and machines get updates
from this repo.

I ask to rollback PPA for other users. Some my contacts using it.
