I had success after overcoming problems with Fedora 19. A recent version of antlr is required and although antlr was installed on my brand new system the version was out of date. It turns out that Fedora has another package called antlr3 which works for me. Also required is xxd which was neither on my system or the repo. I found an apparently compatible tool called hexdump which I installed from the repo and linked to it and called it xxd. Belle-sip now compiles on my system.
I had earlier reported a problem with closing the linphone window when using the version 3.6.1 from Fedora. After compiling linphone from source I still had the same problem. One of the devs said he believed it was a Fedora introduced bug with gtk.
