You might need to import the PEM file from the server into the RootCA
file in the Linphone program folder (assuming you have a self-signed
cert.

It would be a great feature for Linphone to ask the user if they trust
the unauthenticated source and import the cert for them, but you have to
do this manually. Most other programs I know that rely on certs for
authentication would do this.

In your browser, go to the relevant website for the server with the
cert, then get up the cert details and export them (normally as a CRT or
PEM file). Open the file up in notepad, then file the RootCA.PEM file
for Linphone (such as C:\Program Files (x86)\Linphone\share\linphone).
Paste the copied text into the bottom of the RootCA.PEM file. Save and
restart Linphone.
