Source code is hosted on our own servers in France, at git.linphone.org.
We have even some binaries at https://www.linphone.org/snapshots/

We sign the Android, Blackberry and iphone binaries.
However you may not trust Google, Apple and Rims platform integrity.

In this case you may choose an open alternative.
