Hi,

The REGISTER from the Note2 reaches the server whereas the REGISTER from
the SII doesn't reaches the server.

There are some issues with the IP stack on SII; using TLS should fix it.
The symptom is IP packets that disappear.

In the 1.x version you could choose TCP, UDP or TLS.
TLS has been removed recently due to French and USA exportation
regulations...

I guess your only option is to compile an apk from the sources.
