[Linphone-users] 'make all' Failing - 'extract-cfile.awk'

The location of 'extract-cfile.awk' has changed, and appears to be causing the
'make all' command to fail.
Is there something that I'm doing wrong?  This is my first attempt at compiling
Linphone iPhone.
