Hmm,

I was trying to compile (MAC oS 10.7.4, Xcode 4.3.2 + Macports 2.1.1), but after issuing './configure' make file was not created:

Yes, it works like a charm.
Put  libmsbcg729.so in  Linphone.app/Contents/Resources/lib/mediastreamer/plugins/ 
and
libbcg729.0.dylib in   Linphone.app/Contents/Resources/lib
