Isn't linphonec for PC? I am using android phones to call each other. No
field in Settings to set this.

Wherever you told linphone to put them with the -l; from man linphonec:

SYNTAX
       linphonec [-d] <debug_level> [-l] <debug_file> [-c] <config_file>
