Hi, Unfortunately, linphone can only listen on a single transport at time.Don't try to set a port for UDP and TCP and TLS in the same time, this doesn't work. The new UI (in git) helps in not entering into this bug by proposing a single choice of transport from a combo list.
If you hacked the config file directly, set 0 to the sip_tcp_port or sip_tls_port if you are using UDP (sip_port=XXX).
