Currently, it seems that Pulse Audio sees both the "phone ringing" and
conversation audio as the same "stream". That is, you can't select that
the phone ringing sound go to one PA sink and the conversation audio to
a different sink.
AFAIU, an application can tag different streams to PA so that it can
differentiate them for routing to different devices.
Support for this in linphone would be excellent.
