[Linphone-users] Time out for ringing phase

Hello,
linphone is ringing when called, but after around five times (~10sek.) it stops 
ringing.

Asterisk-CLI shows up the following at this moment:
   -- Got SIP response 603 "Decline" back from 192.168.1.116
   -- SIP/9876543-2209 is busy
   == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:1/0/0)
...

I'd like linphone to ring for a minimum of 60 seconds.
How can I adjust this?
I couldn't find any setting in linphonerc file.

I'm using Linphone 3.3.2 on Windows XP.
