I have download the latest tarball on windows to compile.
while configuring , a error is generated about which nothing is mentioned in the README.mingw file.
checking for LIBGTK... configure: error: in `/d/development/linphone-
3.2.0.99':
configure: error: The pkg-config script could not be found or is too old. Make
sure it
is in your PATH or set the PKG_CONFIG environment variable to the full
path to pkg-config.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBGTK_CFLAGS
and LIBGTK_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

Second problem which i see right now , what is meaing Linphone-dep files.
Should i download them and put them in msys's bin folder or i need to compile those package and create the dll file.
I have already downloaded all the files mentioned in "linphone-dep.filelist"
