Hi,
I am cross-compiling Linphone-1.5.1 on PowerPC platform.

Before Installing ncurses........ I had given some commands
export CONFIG_SITE=~/ipaq-config.site
export PPC_INSTALL_TREE=/ppcbuild
as refered by README.arm file from Linphone

while I am installing the ncurses package using this command
./configure --prefix=/usr --host=powerpc-405-linux --with-BUILD_CC
I get the following error stated below:
Configure error : C Compiler cannot create Executables.

May i know why this error is arrising

Regards
cheluva

Well, may I be damned if I understand what's happening: it actually
has, in the "Contact" field, the correct ip address on the first
request. I realized that because I tried that on another pc (an i386,
all previous testing has been done on arm) and, guess what, I cannot
register to eutelia, unless I hand edit exosip/jrequest.c.

I'm very confused now (well, I already was actually).

Bye
