looks like a gtk bug... Normally you should click on "add proxy", then a popup
appears asking you proxy information, enter it and click ok and that's all.
Try with linphonec and the proxy command, then copy the ~/.linphonec or
~/.linphonerc as ~/.gnome2/linphone .
