[Linphone-users] Proxy server authentication successful, placing calls not

Hi,

I have been trying linphone and linphonec last weekend. The interface is
straight-forward and its not as bloated as other SIP-Softphones in my
opinion. Thank you Simon!!

My school-account is working now (I can receive and place calls)
but my account at sipphone.com does not work.

Everytime I want to place a call a window pops up (linphone) and asks
for my credentials (linphonec asks directly on the command-line) at
the remote SIP-Server (asterisk):

It seems strange to me, that I have to provide credentials for the
remote-party
of the call. I got this account to work with ekiga (http://www.ekiga.org).

I guess that linphone does not correctly contact the proxy-server at
sipphone.com (proxy01.sipphone.com). At the end of this mail you can
find the tcpdump-output when I used the account with linphone and then
with ekiga.

Here is my config-file which I tried with linphone and linphonec
versions 1.2.0 and 1.3.5. Maybe the fault resides in it:

Could anybody please give me his/her config-file for a sipphone.com
account? I just found a very old one in this mailing list and it did not
work for me.
