[Linphone-users] 1.1 prereleases starting !

Hello,

I've uploaded at http://simon.morlat.free.fr/download/unstable/source a new 
linphone-1.1.0pre1.tar.gz .

Here's the ChangeLog for this new 1.1 branch:
        - peer 2 peer chat
        - automatic sip url completion when using a default proxy: 
          when user types 'mymother' in the url bar, linphone calls 
sip:address@hidden
        - ilbc 20ms frames support
        - support for setting a soundcard for playback and another for record
        - ipv6 bugfixes: works with ipv6 local loopback with sipomatic at least 
! 
Needs to be tested in a real network.
        - gtk interface bugfixes

To sum up, three big news:
        * ilbc codec support (20ms frames only): I've uploaded a ilbc tarball 
that 
you can simply compile; then use ./configure --with-ilbc=<ilbc installation 
prefix> to tell where linphone should find it while building linphone.
        * chat: bugs report are welcome; I did not test it a lot.
        * ipv6: I have no real ipv6 network availaible so I can't be sure that 
it's 
fully functionnal, however I could have it working with the loopback 
interface. Bug reports are welcome.
