Thanks Simon,

I follow your advise and I just upgrade to 1.0.0pre8 and I see 1.0.0pre9. I
find more features in these versions, particularly in proxy authentication.
So, I have some problems in SIP register, because I don't know what I have
to write in some field.

If my SIP proxy is at 10.0.0.2 and my user is 0123456789 on 10.0.0.3, I do
the following steps:

linphonec> proxy add
Adding new proxy setup:
enter proxy sip address:
sip:10.124.7.219
enter your identity sip address for this proxy:
sip:address@hidden
Do you want to register on this proxy (yes/no):
yes
Specify register expiration time in seconds (default is 600):
900
Specify route if needed:

Proxy added.
linphonec> Registration on sip:10.124.7.219 sucessful.

So, I 'm registered as sip:address@hidden That's ok ? When I have to
specify the route ?

Thanks in advance

Best regards

alessio

Hello,

If you feel unhappy with 0.12.2, just upgrade to 1.0.0pre8, it 's more sip
compliant.
