# sipomatic -h
sipomatic [-u sip-url] [-f annouce-file ] [-s port]
sipomatic -h or --help: display this help.
sipomatic -v or --version: display version
information.
        -u sip-url : specify the sip url sipomatic
listens and answers.
        -f annouce-file : set the annouce file (16 bit
raw format,8000Hz)
        -s port : set the port sipomatic uses to send
its SIP answers.

so u can try 
# sipomatic -u sip:address@hidden:5064

Message:Found /dev/dsp.

osipua layer.

Message:Starting using url sip:address@hidden:5064
