No.
I'm not sure at all that your problem is related to your sound
hardware/drivers, but this is possible.
The most amazing thing for me is:

oRTP-stats-Message: 
   Global statistics :
 packet_sent=0
 sent=0 bytes
 packet_recv=0
 hw_recv=0 bytes
 recv=0 bytes
 unavaillable=2229 bytes
 outoftime=0
 bad=0
 discarded=0

There's the same thing for both parties.

It means that no RTP packet have been sended or received by both
parties. I have really no idea why this happens. Would you please send
me the logs when calling sipomatic ? Please send me a cut and paste of
your terminal output so that I have both stdout and stderr in the same
file. Thank you very much.
