Hello,
The answer of your questions:
a) Linphone is based on the osip library. I don't knwow what you mean by
osip server. Osip is a library.
b) I don't know mediatrix gateways. Linphone is compatible with the SIP
protocol. If you use it with a SIP-to-PSTN gateway, then it will work.
c) I don't know.
