[Linphone-developers] App on Windows doesn't work

Hi!

Im using Linphone application on two the same computers and im cannot 
run program in one of them. When im open Linphone app with administrator 
privilege them work properly. But when im run them like normal user they 
doesn't show on desktop but only show in task manager. On second 
computer all works perfectly. Both OS is Windows 10 2004
