Sorry for the belated answer.

It should be fine to republish if It's under GPLv3.

To remove default prefix and to set audio codecs, you should take a look at how the rcfile/default config is built. You also have to make sure you compiled our SDK with the needed codecs enabled.

You should find information with default parameters in source code (liblinphone/coreapi).

Sadly, It isn't documented yet but we are working on it.

we do not have many users (about 1.5 thousand people), but I would like to provide them with a convenient application so that they enter only the username and password.

Hi Troy,

I am under the impression that if you leave your application open source
and re-license your new application under GPL3 then you are free to
republish.  Source code must remain available for your new application
for all users.
