Would you mind please trying with our latest release of linphone-iphone (4.1)?

For your information, I have been contacted by someone from your team who required to test our demo version including the tunnel VoIP anti-blocking solution.

It is difficult to see where the problem comes from the limited logs that you provided, and seeing the stack trace would probably help. But I would recommend that you test with Linphone 4.1.
