Hi Team,

I've just installed Linphone as a recommended VOIP client to connect from home into my company's external-facing video conferencing.

The application starts fine and allows me to configure it, but as soon as I attempt to place a voice or video call the app crashes. I can start a messaging conversation without crashing (though the SIP address I am calling does not actually support that). The problem signature (copied below) reports a problem with the opus.dll.  I have therefor tried this with the opus codec enabled and disabled (which is what I actually need), and the results are the same.

Version is Desktop 4.1.1 – Qt5.9.0, Core Core 3.12.0.  I've looked at the opus.dll file, but there is no version number recorded against it.

Any suggestions on where to look next?

With best regards,

Richard
