[Linphone-developers] pickup call per remote command

Hi everyone,

 

we have a callcenter-software (runs with an Asterisk switching engine) with a webapplication to operate the calls. When I click “Pickup call” in our webapplication it sends the corresponding command to the switching engine and this sends it to the SIP-client.

Is there any way for the LinPhone to react on this “remote” pickup? We don’t need the feature “Auto answer”, just that the SIP-client reacts on the pickup-command coming from the server.

 

I tried to enable all switches, except “Use a random port”, in the Properties>>>Network- tab (DTMFs sending method is “SIP INFO” but that should not matter). Also I enabled all switches in the “Edit SIP-account” prompt à nothing worked for me.
