HI again,

We were assigned 2 softphone extensions 70108 and 70109

Our 70109 extensions is not working it will not dial through.

Says we need to dial the matching extension for our phone but these are our 
bought extension numbers.

Please help again. I don’t know if this is on your end or ours.
