Hi Frank,

No, our linphone-desktop doesn't use it.

However, since a few days ago, we've added a way to generate a C# file that wraps all of Linphone public methods and classes into C# objects.

In linphone repository, in the wrappers/csharp directory you can find the script used to generate the wrapper.
